Châteraisé is proud to announce that it will be launching a limited-time-only series of offerings! The fruits all hail from Yamanashi, which is touted as the number 1 producer of peaches and grapes.

Rich in vitamin C, E, potassium and pectin, the Yamanashi white peach is big, juicy and sweet. Its harvest season takes place from June to September, peaking in the month of July. To procure these white peaches, Châteraisé partners with Furuya Farm, which is located in Fuefuki, Yamanashi, known as Japan’s top peach village. This farm has been passionately cultivating peaches for more than 50 years. At the farm, the peaches are harvested in the early mornings to ensure their freshness. When freshly picked, each peach has a hard texture, which is regarded as one of the criteria for quality and delicious peach in Yamanashi.
