In light of National Day, Sushi Express and foodie-competitive eater Zermatt’s Zi Char Shiok series bring three favourite local flavours to its conveyor belt!

Limited-Time Creations for just $3++ each:

• Salted Egg Abalone – Abalone on shell grilled with flavourful salted egg sauce packs a punch and is topped with crispy salted egg bits.

• Sweet & Sour Fish – a sushi roll wrapped in Salmon—topped with green and red pepper, pineapple, and onion. Lightly blanched swordfish cubes are mixed with a delicate sweet and sour sauce to highlight the fish’s freshness.

• Cereal Prawn – Argentine shrimp brushed with garlic butter, grilled before a light coating of condensed milk and cereal. Crispy salted egg bits, sliced red chili and parsley top this with a delicious touch and fragrance.

Crafted with premium seafood like Norwegian salmon, Argentine prawn, and abalone, this trio blends Singapore’s favourite zi char dishes with Japanese flair.
