LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

• LAC Lucky Draw will be conducted on 10 October 2025. To participate, entries must include a valid receipt number from a purchase made between 1 – 30 September 2025. All entries must be submitted at any of the 54 LAC stores during the same period (1 – 30 September 2025).

• Winners will be notified via SMS and/or phone call. Should the selected winner be unreachable or fail to respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

• LAC Lucky Draw entries will be invalid if the receipt number associated with the entry is confirmed to be refunded, cancelled, or otherwise deemed ineligible.

• The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the LAC Lucky Draw promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• By providing your details and submitting your entry, you agree to all terms and conditions stated.

SURE WIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• LAC Sure Win is open to LAC Club members in Singapore only.

• Original copy of the Sure Win card must be presented at any of the 54 LAC stores for prize redemption by 30 November 2025. Prize(s) not redeemed by 30 November 2025 will be forfeited and donated to LAC’s charity of choice.

• Lost or defaced Sure Win cards will not be replaced and will be forfeited.

• Prize(s) redeemed are not refundable nor exchangeable for cash and/or other product(s).

• LAC$ won will be credited to the winner’s LAC account within 14 days from date of submission in-store and will remain valid until 31 December 2026 or until the expiry of LAC Club membership, whichever occurs first.

• Discount vouchers won may be used once per transaction and applied on regular-priced products only; Not valid for net price and selected items; Not valid with ongoing promotions, VIP privileges, discount cards or vouchers.

• The management reserves the right to replace with another product/item of equivalent value, in the event featured prize(s) becomes unavailable.

• The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Sure Win promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
